Direction and consultation
The first conversation identifies function, direction and needs. References and initial guidance may be free; they do not replace detailed design or site measurement.
Paid design and measurement
Custom design or 3D work and site measurement are paid, scoped stages. Their cost may be deductible from the final project under proposal terms.
Materials and scope
A preliminary estimate is non-binding until site review and approval of dimensions, materials and specifications. Feasibility depends on technical and supplier validation.
Approvals and changes
Production requires written approvals. The effect of changes on cost and timing is documented before execution.
Review and handover
Quality checks precede handover against the approved scope. Warranties and fixed timelines are not stated without verified terms.
